Training after which each participant will know the rules that go into selling, schemes for why people buy and learn how to organize and control sale. In addition, most importantly, learned SALES STEP train in practice with us. We will teach you how to analyze each person in terms of his needs, how to choose and present the most appropriate solutions to dispel client objections. Having a sales department at the club will leave the competition behind you.

Attendants will learn about how to work in fitness and wellness clubs, the rules and procedures of “targeting” employees, how to plan a club’s budget per quarter, season, year. We will present you a human resources management tool and reporting systems

By attending this training, you will learn to recognize the signs of nonverbal communication and the body language of your co-workers, clients and, above all, your own. So you can adjust your negotiation strategy to changing conditions and you will easily read what you really want to convey to your interlocutor. You will learn techniques of exerting influence on others.

THE PERSONAL TRAINER’S WORK ORGANIZATION - HOW TO PROMOTE TRAINING

We invite you to a two-day training dedicated exclusively to personal trainers.
On the first day, theoretical issues will include:

  1. What does management look like in a fitness club in PL vs USA / UK
  2. What in fact is the product of the personal trainer?
  3. How should coach think, how to analyze in terms of client needs, how to create your own offer and effectively present it?
  4. How to create your own brand, where to acquire potential client?
  5. You will learn communication techniques and closing sales, you will learn how to build coach-client long-term relationship.
  6. You will learn how to plan your work in the short and long term.

On the second day, issues presented in practice will include:

  1. Body language – how to effectively communicate with the client?
  2. How to train from a psychological point of view, you will look at that as a trainer – the client?
  3. What should be avoided during training – ethics of coach work?
  4. Workshops for the needs analysis and presentation of the offer to produce results?
